AI tools (MCP)

Your administrator can connect remote tool servers (MCP). You choose which ones a conversation may use via the Tools menu next to the composer — even before sending the first message.

When answering, Aya calls those tools automatically when they help. Every invocation shows up as a collapsible card with its arguments and response, both while running and afterwards, so nothing happens invisibly.

If a tool server is unreachable, Aya skips it and keeps answering — a broken tool never blocks the conversation.
