Files

Every user gets an isolated file space, opened from the sidebar (Fichiers). It works like a simple Finder: folders and files you can create, rename, move and delete.

What you can do

  • Upload with “Add a file” or by drag-and-drop (up to 20 MB per file).
  • Download any file at any time.
  • Organise with folders — create, rename, move and delete them freely.
  • Preview PDFs and images directly in the built-in viewer.

Two special folders are provisioned for you and cannot be removed: Projets (where project files live) and Corbeille (trash).

Section titled “Links with chat”

Files dropped into a conversation (or selected from its top-right menu) are stored immediately in your file space and linked to the conversation — nothing is duplicated and no chat message is required. From a file’s info dialogue you can jump straight back to every conversation that uses it.
