The admin area is available to administrators from the sidebar user menu.
Create users, rename nicknames or emails, change roles and delete accounts. Safety guards apply: you cannot delete yourself, revoke your own admin role, or remove the last administrator.
Assistant persona
Section titled “Assistant persona”The system prompt defines Aya’s personality and domain expertise. It is edited in the admin area and takes effect immediately — including on how work-request clarifications are asked.
LLM models
Section titled “LLM models”Administrators configure which language models Aya uses (name, endpoint, model, API key reference) and pick the active one. API keys themselves are never stored in the database.
MCP servers
Section titled “MCP servers”Register remote MCP tool servers (with optional API-key authentication), test their connectivity, and enable or disable them. Users then opt in per conversation — see AI tools.
